Whatever you may be doing this summer, whether its soaking up the sun on a beach somewhere exotic, to muddying it up at a festival, make sure you grab some of this trend to stay ahead of the fashion pack.

Teaming up again with Cotton and Gems, Im bringing you the lowdown on the must have trend of the moment, seen on everyone from jetsetters Cara to Cheryl to festival favourites Pixie and Sienna, Chakra bracelets have been forwarded to the front row and on everyones must have lists.

Heres my picks of the best below...

DAISY LONDON Brow Chakra Bracelet
DAISY LONDON Throat Chakra Bracelet
DAISY LONDON Base Chakra Bracelet
These bracelets, which I have to say I've had my eye on for quite sometime, scream to be noticed, and would be perfect for the festival season where everything goes! Team them together or with other bold jewellery to really stand out and make a total statement this year, or transition them into everyday teamed with your favourite watch or existing arm candy for a contrasting colour pop. Each bracelet retails for around £86 for the 24ct Gold ones but there is also simpler designs and Silver ones starting from around £55, which would also work great clashed against the bright coloured cords of these bracelets. I'd style these with a monochromatic outfit to really gain attention but also bring that all important pop of colour to an outfit.

Gina Stewart Cox's bracelets also add another element to existing jewellery with the interesting mix of metal and material (Think gold and silver with cord to create a wearable, treasurable piece) which would create much wanted buzz teamed with an enviable tan at the beach or pool on holiday. Stack together or alone, these would also be great for everyday or teamed with some of the Daisy London bracelets to create an interesting contrast in material. Each bracelet is around £45-£55 depending on the coin but are a great investment for years to come. I'd team this with contrasting jewellery for a more polished, put together look for a night out to really create a talking point.

Each piece shown is available at Cotton and Gems who strive themselves on offering new up and coming must have designers such as Daisy Knights, to quirkier pieces by Babette Wasserman, with just about every piece you could ever want all available on one site!
