This t-shirt, complete with leather pocket, gives enough rocker edge without being too try-hard, yet looks amazing dressed up and down. However, if your budget can't stretch to £113 for a updated basic tee, then heres some high street heroes that fit the bill.

Im such a huge fan of this t-shirt after purchasing it after seeing the Alexander Wang version, as its such a versatile piece. I wear mine with either a neutral pair of shorts and bold shoes, or with skin tight jeans and trainers. This t-shirt is usually really hard to get hold of online, but recently got more stock in so get a move on before they all go!

Tuesday- I know I've already said about this OOTD but I thought I'd include it again. This outfit consisted of my Nike burgundy Blazers (Buy Similar Here), my Topman Leather pocket high-roller tee (Buy Here) and my stone chino shorts (Buy Here). The music is by my favourite band of the moment, Haim, and is taken from their upcoming album which I'm so excited for. That day just involved running errons and being lazy (as per) but I also liked my outfit so had to post it!

Saturday- I spent the day in Lewes, rummaging through the antique shops and stuffing my face with stuff from Bills Cafe who do amazing fresh food which is stunning (highly recommend the homemade fish finger sandwich and skinny fries). Whilst rummaging, I stumbled apon this vintage fish eye mirror which was an eye-watering £45 so I though this was a perfect selfie moment! Yesterdays outfit was my Zara pleather biker jacket (Buy Here) and some Zara slouch trousers (Buy Similar Here) with my Topman denim shirt (Buy Here), Cambridge Satchel Company satchel in 15'' Oxblood, which I still get complimented on (Buy Here) and my latest purchase as of Thursday, my new iPhone 5 with Vans case, which I'll do a full review on after a week!

My Week In Instagram 6

Another week, another update. After last weeks rather weird Facebook scenario, I've been a bit more cautious and made everything private or only available to my friends which is a lot safer then some weirdo who I've never met impostoring me (which for any who's had a fake will agree with). Fashion wise, I've already managed to style my latest purchases into outfits I'll definitely be wearing during the last remaining parts of Summer and into the Autumn (Am I the only one excited just to be able to layer stuff again?). Now onto the Instagramming...

Tuesday- Bit of a relaxed, casual day today which involved sprucing up my room, and integrating one of the personal items I've bought lately, which is oddly, an American numberplate, which not only has my birthdate, its also got my initials on, which meant I had to have it. Outfit wise, it was my new French Connections jumpers turn to be styled which I teamed with my Burgungy chino shorts from Topman, and my Tan suede Sperry's (Buy Here). Today's music in the video is 'Applause' by Lady Gaga

Friday- I spent my day listening to my favourite band of the moment, Haim, who I'm OBSESSED with! I've been a fan of them for sometime, and I'm so glad their album is finally nearing release, especially with the first available song to download from it which is the moody but somewhat upbeat song 'Let Me Go'. Last week also saw the release of their new video and single 'The Wire'

Also, this may be the last week of Instagramming from my iPhone 4 as I've finally decided I'm going to get a iPhone 5 after procrastinating for ages, so hopefully by late next week, I should have one!

Ahoy Bargains! Portsmouth Haul

So I went to Portsmouth, on what was actually a really warm sunny day in the end (Usually its freezing!) and I was actually pretty restrained, only picking up 2 things but I really made sure I bought stuff I knew I'd wear.

Blue and Green Checkered Shacket with Corduroy Collar

Id been desperately searching for a darker checkered shirt for ages especially for the winter months, to layer under darker coats and jumpers, and came across this perfect one in the newly opened All Saints outlet, which I could of spent a small fortune in (especially on the Leather and Suede College Jacket for £285 reduced from around £350). I picked it up a size bigger then I would usually wear so it'd be slightly oversized. I didn't realise this was a shacket until I got it home, when my Mum pointed out that theres two slanted pockets which is such a quirky useable detail which I love! Usually I don't go for Corduroy either (something about the texture creeps me out) but this reminds me of my Barbour jacket, which it looks great layered with.

Yet another jumper (Terrible problem I know!) but I'd loved this one since it was in the collection (Can't remember if it was A/W12 or S/S13) as its such a simple, classic piece but can be worn so many different ways. Two ideas I had were with burgundy shorts and tan loafers or with a crisp white shirt and jeans, again with loafers. Its a pale caramel tan colour (Bad lighting, I apologise) but it would look great against so many different items and skin tones. Its rather see-through, due to being a open weave knit, so if your daring, you don't need to layer it but if you wanna layer, it'll still look great!

09/08 Update; Ceilings, Feelings & Dealings

So I just thought id do a little update as this weeks been pretty crazy.

First off I want to apologise for the lack of instagramming this week as Monday I had an extra shift and didn't actually wear anything filmable (work uniform= no go) and then Tuesday I was in too much of a rush and doing too much that I just didn't get time. Secondly, as you could guess, the house saga still rages on and now we have two missing ceilings, ripped wallpaper and a huge list of stuff that needs replacing (thanks to the insurance company losing the original list) so its all a bit stressy sorting that out but its getting there FINALLY! Also I encountered something very strange and disturbing on Thursday in the shape of a Facebook fake of me, who had stolen 3/4 of my details and also stating that i'm being paid by companies to do this blog. By no means am I paid nor sponsored for this blog, and all products shown have been bought with my OWN money that i've worked hard for, so to see someone I don't know do this to me was pretty upsetting. Also I do not give out my Facebook on this blog at all as its obviously my private Facebook so any Facebook using my details talking about this isn't me and I would be greatful if people could mention it to me on here so I can deal with it further.

On a positive note, I know all my hauls seem to be a favourite read on here and its no surprise I like to shop so expect a haul from Portsmouth Gunwharf Quays later in the week or early next week (More likely to be next week but I might be too excited to leave it till then) so this'll also mean a OOTD video on Instagram so check there (links are in the header and the sidebar) and ill also post it on here too with a full list of where everythings from.

Another week, another set of videos and photos. What a week its been too, with Tuesday tipping it down with rain, the ceiling literally coming down in my house Wednesday (long story but read Update 30/6 Watching, Wearing, Wanting & Waterworks which'll explain the basis) but atleast the weekend was hotter then expected and also allowed for some new finds and purchases (Wont be doing a haul of that, even though its TK Maxx and everyone loves a TK Maxx haul, most of my purchases were boxers, and they certainly aren't being put on here! even though I did a major deal on a Molton Brown skincare set from £56.00 to £19.99 but the best deal was a BCBGMAXAZRIA dress my mum picked up for £30 which was originally $260 which is £170 CRAZY)

So let me start off by asking where this year has already gone?! 8 months into the year and it still feels like March/ April weather, with its mix match rain and sun. But even with every month going super quickly, it still allows me to work out my favourite and unfavourite things for each month.

Favourites

Ray Ban Original Wayfarer (Buy Here)

So with all this sun about, a decent pair of sunglasses is one of the key things needed, and also lends a bit of edge to every outfit. My frames of choice are my Ray Ban Wayfarer which I got a couple of years ago but are my only expensive pair, but they're everything I need due to them being so iconic, I know i'll get years of use out of them

So pleather is a massive trend for A/W and to me, is a better deal then genuine leather, as its often lighter, and looks super similar to the real item. First off, I picked up this pleather pocket hi-roll tee from Topman which had been on my wanted list for a super long time. This'll look great towards the end of summer with some lighter skinny jeans and then later on with darker denim or slouchy trousers. My other pleather item is my Zara A/W Biker, which I was so pleased to finally wear this week with the rain (Passed the rain test) and also looked amazing with a simple outfit too. I also own my denim and pleather sleeve jacket also from Zara, which i'll also be using as a lighter alternative to my Biker.

If you've been recently following my blog, you'll know by now of this rather impressive sale item I picked up from the Urban Outfitters sale (sadly they don't stock it anymore but the link provided is for the Silver version on ASOS). Ive been loving earcuffs for ages and ever since Ive seen big designers such as Balenciaga and Givenchy using ear cuffs and faux piercings, ive been obsessed with them. They add a different edge to outfits, plus they're super easy to swap out for different ones.

Okay so since my initial review, Ive been using this more lately and im still not in love with it as much as I thought I would be. The staying time for this aftershave is horrendous, and you literally have to bathe in it to get it to last over a hour (which makes everything smell like strong chemicals and almost pass out from the smell knock back) which for my job in retail, could put people off. Also, I dont know if its just mine, or its a normal issue, but my spray pump is RUBBISH, it dribbles instead of spraying so when you finally get it to spray, you get a mist and then a huge puddle somewhere else as its leaked out. Be careful!

So this rather amazing case has also reinforced my want for a new iPhone, since Ive owned my current one since 2011 and is started to lose battery and go really slowly so Ive been toying with the idea of treating myself to the iPhone 5. I know theres a new iPhone on the way but ever since I started with iPhones, ive been put off ever buying a new one straight away (I had a 3G one which corrupted after 2 weeks) so since then, ive waited around 6 months to a year before commiting, so if there was any issues, they've been sorted before I purchased once. Anyways, enough with the rambling, this case would be perfect for me as Im always on my iPhone, plus it also acts as a giant piece of jewellery too!
